1. Buying a State means you will be paying a monthly fee for the Link placed on the area of the chosen State.

2. Only Links in English will be accepted. You may link to foreign websites, however, the Title must be in English.

3. We do not make any guarantees for the traffic generated to your website through LinkStates.com.

4. We don't accept links to websites that contain any pornographic, hate-related, violent, or other illegal content.

5. All Links are reviewed by LinkStates.com admin. A Link/Title may be rejected on sole discretion of LinkStates.com admin.

6. A Link will be placed on the homepage in 5 days after a successful payment.

7. A Title may be changed Free of charge, however, if you would like to change your Link URL, a new monthly price will be set (which is valid on the date of the change). To change either your Link or Title use the "Contact us" form.

8. Site admin has a right to cancel your subscription any time if for some reason you or your website violate LinkStates.com Terms and Conditions.

9. As long as you are the owner of the State you may sell it to another advertiser. We take no commission - all funds received from such sale will belong to you.

10. You may cancel your ownership/subscription anytime you want. The link will stay on the homepage for the remaining month that you have paid for.

11. If the subscription to a State is cancelled by you, LinkStates.com admin or PayPal you lose the Link and all the rights as a State owner.

12. Privacy Policy. We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information.
